I built The Mentorship because, for a long time, I couldn't find the kind of support I was looking for myself.

Most people teaching online have never actually built or operated a real business. They coach from theory, recycled playbooks, or a single framework that happened to work once, for a very specific audience. That advice rarely holds up when applied to a different business, a different market, or a different stage.

Courses don't account for context. Group programs don't account for responsibility. And most guidance isn't built around how a business truly functions day to day.

The Mentorship is what I wished existed years ago.

I'm Meghan Wieske, a multi-business owner and private consultant. Across multiple companies, I've generated over $10M+ in sales. Today, I work directly with a small number of founders as a consultant, mentor, or long-term growth partner.

Ways of Working

The investment is split in two. 50% to begin — that covers the time, the depth, and the direct access. The remaining 50% is performance-based: I only collect it if your business doubles during the period we work together.
